Architectural Intern / Project Designer


Position Description:

We are looking to add an organized, well-versed, and self-driven Architectural Intern / Project Designer to our Winnipeg office. This person will contribute to the creative and technical development of various commercial projects, and will collaborate with other team members and subconsultants.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  1. A passion for great design, attention to detail, and creative problem solving skills.

  2. A professional degree in architecture (i.e. M.Arch), and registration with the MAA as an Intern Member.

  3. At least 1 year of experience working at an architecture, engineering, or interior design office in Canada or the US.

  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Knowledge of local building technology and the ability to develop construction details under the general supervision of others and working from the design of others.

  6. Knowledge of the Manitoba Building Code.

  7. Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit.
